Get information about our nice holiday flat in the idyllic village Cramberg situated on the river Lahn.

Our holiday flat

The homelike holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our house in a very quiet residential area; you get in there through a separate entrance over a few stairs.

The holiday flat consists of a spacious sleeping- and living-room, a kitchen and a big bathroom and offers  space for two persons on 42 m².

 

In the combined, bright living- and sleeping-room you find a comfortable studio couch (proper for allergic persons!) and a table with two armchairs from where you can watch tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking (four cooktops and a baking oven). There are tableware, cutlery and glasses (sixfold).

You also find enough pots, a big pan, dishes and a sieve, also of course a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster

The big bathroom shines in a friendly orange and was built,
like the kitchen, only in February 2015.

Bed linen and towels are included.

You find a parking place that belongs to the holiday flat directly in front of the house.

You may use our garden as well as the partly roofed terrace
with garden furniture and grill.

There is room for your bicycles in our garage or our barn.

You find shopping facilites in the next village Balduinstein (2 km), there are sellings points of a bakery and a butchery, also a train station.

Diez with its numerous shops, pharmacies and doctors is only 8 km away,
to Limburg with its interesting shopping and places of interest, it´s 12 km.

Prices

The holiday flat costs 50,- € per night,
from the 4th overnight stay 45,- € per night.

Towels, table- and bed linen are free of charge.
